Is this supposed to be the old model for GPT Turbo?

I noticed I couldn't have ChatGPT act correctly like it usually does (It works in another platform).

From the release, it should be 2023 but looks like it's not working correctly in the chat

The current GPT-4 Turbo
 is pointing to the gpt-4-0125-preview
. And It's knowledge cut off is Dec 2023.
I noticed OpenAI recently launched   gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09
 version for GPT-4 Turbo
. I am now planning to point with this version.

Here is the OpenAI playground, showing the knowledge cut off 2021. I think something  wrong with GPT models.  
I am still figuring out the issue with other solutions.
