Add Huggingface API

There are some models on huggingface that has been trained for specific purposes work such as SEALLM for Southeast Asian languages, Finance-Llm, Law-Llm, etc.

It would be great if we can select specific model for specific tasks and generic model for general tasks.

ND since huggingface hold over 600k models, i prefer to get the name of the model or url from huggingface web and asked to port it to the system list.
